Our resellers and customers are our two most valuable assets. We never sell or share information with outside parties…you have our word. You can all us old school, if you’d like.
To return your product:
- Contact us at 904-810-1945 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on returning the product (Merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be accepted).
- The product must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- The product must be shipped pre-paid and insured. Additionally, the original packaging and box must be used for return shipping. Otherwise damage could occur, which may void the replacement option.
- Upon receipt of the product (in original condition) at our factory you will be issued a refund of the merchandise amount minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Drop ship and / or shipping charges are not refundable.
In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your product:
- Notify us of the issue within 10 days of receipt by calling our main office at 904-810-1945.
- A customer service representative will attempt to address the issue over the telephone. If it is determined that a replacement part is required to resolve the issue, it will be sent to you directly at no charge.
- If the issue cannot be resolved over the telephone, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided, along with instructions for returning the item to us (Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be accepted).
- The original packaging and box must be used for return shipping. Otherwise additional damage could occur, which may void the replacement option.
- The returned item will be inspected at our factory. Upon verification that the issue is a result of mishandling during shipment to the customer or a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent to the customer at no cost.
